Our storyWhere is the company based?
We are based in Castellanza (Varese), in one of the most important districts of the Italian textile industry, and our production is Made in Italy. We run more than 70 circular machines on 8,000 m² of production space and have prototyped more than 16,000 articles.

Which knitted fabrics do you produce?
We produce jersey, rib, interlock, piqué, fleece, chenille, terry, dual and Punto Milano, iconic structures for high-end knitwear. We make them in fine natural fibres, in man-made fibres such as FSC viscose, cupro, Tencel/Lyocell and Micro Modal and, for technical garments, in synthetics from recycled yarns.
Our fabricsDo you manufacture jersey fabrics?
Yes, “Fine Jersey Factory” is our motto. We produce jersey, including stretch jersey, as well as interlock and rib, in Sea Island cotton, silk, cashmere, merino wool and fine blends, for polos, t-shirts, shirts, dresses, lingerie and other high-end garments.
Which fibres do you work with?
We work with noble fibres (Sea Island cotton, Pima and Scottish-thread cotton, silk, including 100% GOTS silk, cashmere, merino wool and hemp) as well as GOTS cotton, linen and man-made fibres such as FSC viscose, cupro, Tencel/Lyocell and Micro Modal, pure or blended. For synthetic fabrics we use recycled yarns exclusively.
Noble fibresWhat is Sea Island cotton?
Sea Island cotton is among the finest cottons in the world, part of the extremely rare extra-long staple category. Its long staple allows extremely fine yarns with a silky hand and natural lustre; its compact structure ensures breathability, comfort and durability over time. We knit it in jersey, interlock, piqué, fleece and other structures.
Which garments are your fabrics designed for?
We develop fabrics for six garment families: polos, t-shirts and shirts; sweatshirts; unstructured jackets; technical garments; dresses; lingerie. Each has dedicated structures and compositions, from jersey in fine natural fibres for lingerie to Punto Milano and dual for jackets.
How durable are your fabrics?
For polos, t-shirts and shirts we have developed fabrics that keep their appearance and dimensional stability for more than 50 washes. Constructions for technical sweatshirts and trousers are designed for stretch, shape recovery, pilling resistance and long-term dimensional stability.

Techniques include jacquard (three-dimensional, graphic, silk), pleating, devoré, lurex, lamination, coatings and technical finishings. We also collaborate on garment design.
